I dispatch orders once weekly, usually on a Saturday (AEST)! I work full time, so Saturday is the only time I can send orders out! If you need your order to be sent ASAP, please send me a message!

By default, I send parcels via economy letter, which does not come with tracking! If you would like your order to be trackable, please select the shipping upgrade at checkout when you place your order! I strongly suggest orders of 3+ pins to be sent with tracking. The tracked shipping price is static, and will not increase if you add more pins, and will give you peace of mind. :)

Most orders will take 2-5 weeks to arrive to international destinations, and 1-2 weeks for domestic. I live in Australia, so it can take some time for your parcel to reach you, once it's filtered through the postal service and customs. Due to current events, this estimate has expanded to 6-10. Orders after the 10th of March have been sent with tracking, but those sent before might take a bit longer than usual to arrive!

I know, and I'm really sorry! I usually offer an untracked, economy letter option to keep costs affordable, but due to the current climate with world post the usual estimate of 2-5 weeks has ballooned out to 6-10, and this particular option is completely untrackable in the postage system. For everyone's piece of mind (including my own!), I've decided to remove this option during this uncertain time. If you don't mind gambling, I can send your parcel using international letter, but please be aware that all parcels sent using this service will not be replaced, and once they leave my hands there's nothing I can do. Use at your own risk!
